Dear Customer,

Certain boxes of OfficeReady™ Business Plans have shipped with a serial number that may cause difficulty when installing the program.

To solve this problem:
1. Locate your OfficeReady™ Business Plans serial number (you can find your serial number on the inside cover (lower right) of your program CD jewel case).

2. During program installation, when you are prompted to enter your serial number, replace the first digit (currently a "0") with a "1".

Installation should continue normally and you will now be ready to begin using OfficeReady™ Business Plans.
